Hurra , das 1. Baby (von 3) ist angekommen und ich kann jetzt den Quilt für Theo- Elias losschicken. - Hurrah the 1.st baby (of 3 )was born a day ago and I can now send the quilt off to little Theo- Elias.
Er ist aus Opas Hemden gemacht, manche gebraucht, manche neu, und alle 100% Baumwolle. Zum Abschluß quiltete ich ein paar Herzchenranken frei mit der Maschine, denn "es fehlte etwas Kindliches", so mein Mann.- I made the blanket by using grandpa`s shirts used and brand new and all 100% cotton. For finishing I added strings of hearts across the top by free motion quilting because " it lacked an infant touch" so my husband.
