SUMMER IN IRLAND

2 Wochen haben wir in Irland verbracht und es war wunderbar und viel zu kurz. Was wir dort angetroffen haben, hatte meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Landschaft war so schön, dass Essen  (viel Rindfleisch und Meeresfrüchte) war sehr lecker, die kosmopolitische Atmosphäre, die ich so liebe, war einfach toll, die Iren mit ihrer Musik und freundlichen Weltoffenheit waren eine schöne Erfahrung, und das Wetter hat wunderbar mitgespielt. Mit einem Mietwagen ging die Rundreise : Dublin - Waterford - Dungarvan -Youghal - Cobh - Killarney - kurze Strecke Ring of Kerry - Limerick - Cliffs of Moher - Galway - Dublin. We spent 2 weeks ( too short) in Ireland and had a great time. Everything there exceeded my expectations: beautiful landscape, excellent food ( beef for my husband, seafood for me) great cosmopolitan cities, the music and Irish people, who are so open minded and friendly, and great Irish weather. We rented a car and made a round trip starting in Doublin- Waterford - Dungarvan - Youghal - Cobh - Killarney - short part of Ring of Kerry - Limerick - Cliffs of Moher - Galway - Dublin.
