AUGUST BLOCK

Hier ist mein Block für den August. - Here is my journal quilt block for August.

Selbstgefärbter Baumwollstoff mit Tüllagen- Buchstaben frei appliziert- Symbole frei Maschinen gequiltet- Block: meander gequiltet mit 3 verschiedenen Garnen - hand dyed cotton with layers of organza - letters fused and stitched -symbols free machine quilted - block: stippling with 3 colors of threads

Sieht das bei Euch auch manchmal so aus? Da ich immer mindestens 2 Projekte  in Arbeit habe, kommt es schon mal vor, dass sich einiges anhäuft. Da heißt es nach jedem Projekt erstmal "aufräumen". - Can you relate to a mess like this? As I often have been working on 2 projects at the same time material easily adds up on my working table. It is amazing how much time is needed for  cleaning up before starting something new.

Damit es zwischendurch nicht ganz so chaotisch wird, habe ich mir diese 2 Behälter eingerichtet, die je ein Projekt im Zwischenstadium aufbewahren.- These 2 containers are helping me organising my 2 projects I am currently working on.
